PHILADELPHIA
Petition challenge filed in Philadelphia's Eighth District City Council race (By Alan Tu, WHYY NewsWorks) Rudnick, a Green Party member, has challenged Foster's nominating petitions claiming nearly a third of the signatures Foster turned in on Monday are invalid.
